what do you use to draw?
I draw on an iPad Pro with an Apple Pencilwhat app do you use
9 times out of 10 I’m using procreate but sometimes I use other art apps, and I also use toonsquid and calipeg for animations in addition to procreate! I also use nomad sculpt for any 3d models I makewhat brushes do you use?
I use a mix of free online brushes, default brushes, and custom brushes so I couldn’t tell you exactly the ones I use, however you’re welcome to ask what brushes I used to make a specific piece and ill tell you the ones I remember!

I’ll only ever do a collab with a mutual or friend. I also only usually do art trades with mutuals and friends but if I’m actively looking to do an art trade or ask you personally then you don’t have to be a mutal or friend to reach outdo you do requests or free art?
I do requests in my sever which is invite only (you’re welcome to ask for an invite but only people I trust or who have someone in the server who can vounch for them are likely to be accepted), I also occasionally do giveaways in various servers! it really depends on the piece and how much work I have in my queue. I’d say on average no longer than a month but even with multiple large commissions in my queue I’ll never take more than three months to deliver your piece and if anything comes up you will be notified!

Seems you’d like to know more about me and I’m happy to oblige! I’m black and trans and have been trying to improve myself as of late. I’ve been drawing my whole life (or so I’ve been told as I can’t remember anything more than a few years old) but I only really started taking it seriously in 2020 since there was really nothing better to do. I go to a magnet high school specializing in the arts so I can also do realism! I always enjoy dabbling in different art forms and when I’m not creating I’m probably playing with and training my pets or relaxing in bed. I’m a very anxious person and I’m not the best at communicating but I absolutely adore my friends (irl and online). I’m always trying to do better in all aspects of my life!

YOU MAY
- edit my designs as long as the original is kept in the gallery
- freely resell, trade or gift my designs
- repost the originalist of the design with credit
- co-own my designs (do not create multiple toyhouse profiles unless it was talked about beforehand and please notify me so I can ensure the other person has read my tos)
- take inspiration from my design’s color palettes (please do not blatantly colorpick every single color and then make a similar design to the original, if the owner isn’t comfortable with this listen to them and do not take inspiration from that design)
- link my tos to the new own in case of reselling, trading, or gifting the character
- use my designs as mascots, turn them into fursuits, turn them into plushies, etc as long as they are for personal use and you are not selling what you make
YOU MAY NOT- steal, trace, or copy my designs
- resell, trade or gift my designs to someone without a toyhouse unless you store the design for them (if they need a code I can provide one)
- edit my original artwork of the design (I’m happy to do simple edits free of charge, large edits or redesigns can be commissioned)
- delete any of my designs or their profiles off of toyhouse
- sell my designs for more than purchased unless there's extra art / value
- hide my designs from me on toyhouse (you can private them for any reason but make sure I am authorized and can still see my designs)
- sexualize or make / commission nsfw artwork of my designs, I am a minor and I am not comfortable with that
- use my designs for anything offensive / hateful targeted towards a specific person, community, race, etc (unless they’re just trash people like zoophiles or racists)
- sell or use my designs for NFTs
I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone, if you are reselling, trading, or gifting my designs please make sure the other person has read my tos as well. You MUST have a toy house to own my designs (this is so I can keep track of them), I have plenty of toy house codes if you need one. Raffle / free ocs have a base value of $0 until art / value is added and adopts or customs retain the value they were purchased at plus art of value (more info under worth).

When you offer, bid on, purchase, or gain possession of my designs you automatically agree to these terms.
RULES
- Backing out of an AB, bid, purchase, or offer will result in an temporary blacklist unless it is an emergency. Multiple emergencies in a row will result in a permanent blacklist. Please make sure you want the design before you offer anything
- If you request chargeback on a design you bought from me, it will be revoked and I will reupload them to resell. You will also permanently blacklisted.
- I do not do refunds on designs after they have been purchased.

- The design owner can change the design as much or as little as they want so long as you are not editing the original art
- I retain the rights to the original artwork of the design, which can not be edited or altered by anyone other than me or with explicit permission. My artwork can not be copied or traced by anyone, including the owner of my designs. Please contact me for edits of original artwork, large changes and redesigns can be commissioned

When you purchase a custom you automatically agree to these terms.- I have the right to refuse your custom commission for any reason
- Customs will get more WIPs than other commissions, I need good communication for a custom to ensure you’re happy with the results
- I will not do customs that use a complete black or complete white, I will have to use an off white and a slightly lighter black. This is due to preference and if you dislike this do not commission a custom from me.
- I will not reference other people designs or characters for a custom unless the owner give me explicit permission to do so
- I can reference cartoon or show characters for a custom or do species from a show or cartoon
worth / value
As stated earlier in the text, do not sell my design for any more than they are worth. The following items do or do not add to the worth.- Adopts are worth the price you paid for them, whether it be an AB or bid
- Customs are worth the commissioned price
- Raffle characters or free designs are worth $0 until art that counts towards their worth are added- art that counts towards worth
- Commissioned artwork
- Personal artwork
- Physical items (suits, charms, etc)
These must reflect the price of the product at the time it was made.- art that does not count towards worth - Owed art

design commercial use
This section applies to people who plan to use my design on merchandise or as a brand mascot.
COMMERICAL LICENCE- If you plan on using my design on merchandise or as a mascot for a business please tell me before you do so and properly credit me for the design, this requires a commercial license
- Designs bought from me for $150 or less come with a commercial license, just tell me before you use the design on any products
- To get a commercial license on a design that was sold for less than $150 you can either purchase a license for $50 or pay the difference, whichever is cheaper
- If the design is transferred the commercial license must be rebought by the new owner
COMMERCIAL USE- must be visibly credited as the original designer any place that products or merchandise with the design are available for purchase
- If I say do not use my design on a product, don’t
- Do not use my designs to promote any negativity, homophobia, racism, etc.
- Generally I don’t care how you use my design when it comes to brands and merchandise, just be nice about it, tell me before hand, and make sure you have a commercial license if you need one
- Not a requirement but if you do make a product with my design maybe show me

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, acceptance is not guaranteed.
- You understand that you are purchasing digital artwork and paying for the time and experience of the artist.
- My prices can change. If a purchased item’s price is changed after you buy it, you will not be charged more or less. The price it was when you purchased it is the price you pay and is worth the amount you paid.
- Once artwork is completed you cannot edit it without my consent
- If you do not reply within 24 hours after contacting me to commission your commission will be cancelled
- Completed commissions can not and will not be refunded. However, I will make edits if it's fixing something that I messed up (such as a marking, scar or colors)
- Please make sure that all the references and information you send me for your commission is accurate

If something you wish to commission to draw is not on this list contact me so we can figure it out anything under “might draw” are on a case by case basis so don’t be scared to ask. Just because you’ve seen me draw something under “won’t draw” does not mean I will do it for a commission.
owed art
The sections below refer to when I owe an individual art or when someone owes me art.
I OWE YOU
- If you agree to accept art from me you are agreeing to this section of the tos.
- Owed art is second on my priority list, commissions are first. I’ll most likely do both at the same time but understand that commissions are my top priority.
- Owed art can be done anywhere from few days to four months, I rarely need four months but seeing that I’m currently in high school, caring for and training a dog, and running an art business many of my days are very busy so I’d prefer to overestimate than underestimate.
- If you have a rule such as you will not take art or black list anyone who takes over a month or two months, etc to complete owed art I will not do art for you (see point above)
- If owed art will take me longer than I stated here I will inform you.
YOU OWE ME- If you offer art in exchange for something (such as a character or an art trade) you automatically agree to this section of my tos.
- I will give you up to four months to complete owed art, if you need more time please tell me.
- If you take longer than the time above without any explanation you will be given a reminder and after two weeks I will simply cancel the owed art.
- If you repeatedly offer art and are repeatedly unable to complete your owed art in a timely manner you will be blacklisted
payment & refunds
PAYMENT
- Payment must be received in full before I start your commission
- Not paying within 24 hours will result in temporary blacklist. (unless there is an emergency)
- I accept only PayPal and cash app for use payments, I don’t use anything else. If you do not have PayPal or cash app you can either find someone to pay for you or find someone else to commission who accepts the payment method you use.
- Currently I prefer you pay with friends and family due to issues with PayPal but you will not get in any trouble with me if you don’t use it.
REFUNDS
- Once a commission is bought there are no refunds after the final sketch is sent and approved unless I cannot compete the commission
- I can cancel your commission and refund you at any time
- Do not request a PayPal charge back if you are getting a refund, I will transfer the money myself. Requesting a charge back will result in a permanent blacklist
- If you request a PayPal charge back for no reason you will be permanently blacklisted and I will provide PayPal with proof needed to reverse the chargeback
commission process
The sections below refer to when I owe an individual art or when someone owes me art.
INFO
- Work in progress updates or WIPs are progress updates sent to the client, you will usually receive two or three WIPs to approve, however more WIPs may be sent depending on what you purchase or if you are getting a custom
- If you do not want updates on commission wips tell me beforehand
- Some simpler commission options (as well as pwyw commissions) will not get wips.
- You can ask for one once a week if you have not yet received one (your commission may not have been worked on further yet so you’re not guaranteed to receive another wip)
- Clients can request changes before the sketch is approved but any major changes afterwards may result in a $2-$5 fee depending on complexity.
- Review images may be lower quality than the finish piece and have a watermark on top
WIP APPROVAL
1. Sketch: Once I complete the sketch for you commission you will be send a WIP to approve, changes can be made in this phase
2. Line art: You will not be sent a WIP in the phase and changes will not be made
3. Coloring: Once I finish the coloring I will send you a WIP to approve to ensure that I got the markings and colors correct. I will not change any coloring once it is approved unless it is something small like an eye color or mismatched paw
4. Shading: You will not be sent a WIP in the phase and changes will not be made
5. Fine details: After I complete this phase you will be sent the finished product, if you have any problems with it feel free to tell me however not many changes can be made at this phase unless it is my mistake.If I do not get a response within 24 hours about approving a part of a commission I will continue without your input. You can request tips for all five steps if wanted.
completed & cancelled commissions
COMPLETED COMMISSIONS
- Finished commissions will be sent on the communication app that we use to communicate about your commission however I can send a higher quality file by email if requested
- Clients can request small edits such as simple color adjustments but large changes will not and can not be done unless it is an error that I made
- Once artwork is complete you can make small edits to it (ex. cropping, adding text, changing values, hue, contrast, etc)
- Do not majorly edit any completed artwork without my consent, do not claim that you drew or made your purchased commission, even if you edited it
- I will never redo a commission, with multiple wips the client should’ve expressed any issues they had with how the commission was going
- Understand that when you purchase a commission you will receive a digital drawing, you are not buying a physical product
CANCELLED COMMISSIONS
- Commissions are automatically cancelled if you do not respond to me within 24 hours after requesting a commission
- If a cancelled commission was almost complete sketch or a rough sketch, the sketch may be repurposed for another commission or artwork (removing any elements that belong to the client’s character)
- If the canceled commission was a custom the concept or design may be edited, changed, and repurposed into an adopt
- Do not use any parts of a canceled commission, if it was an art piece you do not own any of the sketches or concepts sent and if it was a custom commission you do not own the design concept or any rough sketches sent.
- I have the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason
If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
communication & queue
COMMUNICATION
- I mainly use discord or instagram dms (discord preferred) for communicating with clients
- If you contact me I would prefer you give me your other communication info just in case.
- Please make sure the main contact method you give me is something you are active on.
- If you cannot or will not communicate with me for commission approvals I will continue without your input. For more information check “WIP APPROVAL”.
- I cannot stress how important communication is, please do not commission me if you don’t plan on communicating well
QUEUE
- I previously had a public queue but I struggled keeping it updated so I swapped to having a personal one on my notion dashboard, you are welcome to ask for a link of my current queue if you’d like to keep up with it
- Queue positions are somewhat random. Depending on how early you commissioned me and how often you communicate with me you will be earlier or later in the queue.
- The wait time for your commission to be done can be anywhere from a day to four months. It depends on how full my queue is and how busy I am with other things in my day to day life.
- Feel free to ask for updates around once a week, however I will send you updates to approve and updates in general
quotes
- A quote is a price estimate for a commission, after you request a commission I will give you a quote on how much it will cost (while you should add up how much it will cost yourself, I do it to ensure you know how much you are paying)
- If there is an artwork that you see me do that does not have a commission option you can ask for a quote on how much it will cost to do something similar
- After receiving a quote you must agree whether you will pay it or not. If you agree, you must pay within 24 hours and then will be added to my queue, if you change your mind then I will give the commission slot to someone else
publishing
- I reserve the right to post any commissioned artwork to any social platform or use them for advertising, however I will hold off in posting them if they are a gift, surprise, etc if you tell me before hand
- The client can print their purchased artwork for themselves so long as they don’t profit from it. Do not sell any thing with my art on it, more info under “commercial use”
- The client can post my art on their own social media accounts, character archives, or storing websites (such as toyhouse or refsheet) so long as the client keeps my signature intact and credits me somewhere or on the post.
- The client can crop their purchased artwork for private use, such as social media banners, icons, backgrounds, or wallpapers so long as the client keeps my signature intact and credits me somewhere if its on a public website
- When crediting me I would prefer you use my account on whatever platform you post or use it on but if I am not on the site then you can use my carrd to credit me
commercial use
This section applies to clients that wish to use their commissioned artwork for profit, sales, or a business logo. You can use it free of charge for posting on your social media, using as a profile picture or using as a banner.- I must give permission for a client to use my work commercially before they use my art for profit or sales.
- Logos do not apply to the rule above, they come with permission to be used for a business, they are made for that and the commercial use is included in the base price
- Art used for products will have an automatic 50% up charge and I will get cut of the profits that will be discussed on a case by case basis
- Commercial use is non-transferable and are exclusive to the original client
- Using any of my artwork for NFTS, AI [including being used as learning data], or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. I could care less whether you profit from it or not, I will not create art for these things as I do not support it or want my art to be used in that wayCurrently I am not comfortable with my art being used commercially, this section is for when or if I decide I ever do. Do not sell anything with my artwork on it excluding logos
